Will my videos be taken down at random?

On Storywall you own your content and it is your  responsibility to ensure that the videos you upload and share are safe and do not infringe on others copy right. Please see our fair use policy below, if found in violation we will ensure you have means to download your videos  so you never lose them.

Does the videos lose original quality after upload?

No, all your videos will be uploaded in original quality. Streaming quality of the video will depend on factors such as your internet speed and wether you are usinga premium account.

Do I need to host my own storage server?

No, Storywall is a simple to use streaming service for your personal videos. You do not need buy seperate storage space or host your own servers

Is the service reliable?

Storywall is built on cloud architecture with a 99.99% uptime with built in backup. So be rest assured your data is safe and secure!

Can I download all my videos from  Storywall?

Yes each video uploaded can be dowloaded by you the uploader. Anyone you share the link of the video with can play the video but will not have access to download.

Do my friends or family need to download an app?

Nope, no apps needed. Your freinds and family can access your videos directly from a web browser with downloading an app.

How do I get a refund for my Storywall purchase?

It is very important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If at anytime you feel that you are not, please mail us a contact@storywallapp.com and we will be happy to refund. Just so we keep improving please mention what did you not like about Storywall.
